50 km del Marecchia<\/strong>\u00a0is a running and walking event along the Marecchia River. Distance 50km; D+\/- 180 mt<\/p>

Distances:
\u00a050 km<\/strong> (50 km del Marecchia); D+\/- 180 m. Competitive race. The route is 14% on asphalt, 84% on white road\u00a0in good condition<\/p>

15 km<\/strong> (Marecchia Fiftheen); D+\/- 50 m. Non competitive. The route is 30% on asphalt, 70% on white road\u00a0in good condition<\/p>

To safeguard your own safety, you have the obligation not to stray from the route. The competitor who moves away from the marked roads is no longer under the responsibility of the Organisation. Kilometers are marked every\u00a0 5 km. Competitors must strictly respect the marked race route, avoiding taking shortcuts or cutting sections of the route. Departure from the official route, in addition to entailing sanctions, will take place at the competitor\u2019s sole risk.<\/p>

The race will take place in any weather condition that does not put the safety of the participants at serious risk.<\/p>

The timetable may undergo variations, based on contingent situations, which will be communicated at the briefing.<\/p>

Competitors have the obligation to provide any assistance to participants in difficulty.<\/p>

The bib must be worn on the chest or belly and always and entirely visible throughout the race. It must therefore be placed over all clothing and under no circumstances fixed on the bag or on a leg. Sponsors must not be changed or hidden.<\/p>

It is forbidden to be accompanied on the route by a person who is not regularly registered.<\/p>

It is prohibited to receive food or liquids outside the refreshment points.<\/p>

For safety reasons, the use of headphones to listen to iPods or similar devices is not permitted.<\/p>

The route will not be closed to vehicular traffic, competitors are required to respect the highway code.<\/p>

In case of abandoning the race along the route, the competitor is obliged to communicate his abandonment by being registered as having withdrawn at the nearest control post; the organization will take care of your return from the checkpoint itself upon arrival.<\/p>

Each competitor expressly renounces the right to exercise their image rights during the tests as well as renounces any appeal against the organization and its authorized partners for the use made of their image.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Participation is permitted to ASI members in possession of a medical certificate for competitive activity. Non ASI members can participate by requesting ASI membership by sending a copy of their identity document, tax code and\u00a0medical certificate for competitive sporting activity<\/strong><\/p>

Foreign athletes: <\/strong>Participation is open for athletes in possession of a medical certificate for competitive activity. The organization will issue the ASI card<\/p>

Marecchia Fiftheen:<\/strong><\/p>

50 km del Marecchia<\/strong><\/p>

    • the first 10 registrations (Before 1st January): \u20ac 45.00<\/strong><\/li>
    • Until January 31st: \u20ac 60.00<\/li>
    • From 1st February to 14th March: \u20ac 70.00<\/li>
    • From 15th to 28th March: \u20ac 80.00<\/li>
    • From 29th to 31st March: \u20ac 100.00<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      Marecchia Fiftheen:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Until January 31st: \u20ac 15.00<\/li>
        • From 1st February to 14th March: \u20ac 20.00<\/li>
        • From 15th to 28th March: \u20ac 25.00<\/li>
        • From 29th to 31st March: \u20ac 35.00<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          IUTA and Club Supermarathon members are entitled to a 10% discount.<\/p>

          The race package is guaranteed only to those who register before March 21st<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          7. Refund option<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          WITHOUT THIS OPTION, THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NEVER REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER ATHLETES OR TO THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
          By adding \u20ac5.00 to the registration fee, you can:<\/p>

            • Receive a 75% refund of the registration fee, or transfer 75% of the registration fee to another athlete or to the following year, if you cancel by March 21st.<\/li>
            • Receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, or transfer 50% of the registration fee to another athlete or to the following year, if you cancel between March 22th and April 2nd.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              Payment of the registration fee can be made using one of the following methods:<\/p>

                  9. Bib and race pack<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  Race bibs and race packs will be delivered:<\/p>

                    • from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM on April 3rd;<\/li>
                    • from 6:40 AM to 8:10 AM on 4th April.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t

                      10. Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                      In the event of cancellation of the race due to force majeure 12 days or more before the race, the organizers will refund 50% of the registration fee paid.<\/p>\n

                      In the event of cancellation due to force majeure less than 12 days before the race, no refund will be given to participants.
                      In the event of interruption or cancellation of the race due to weather conditions, or for any other reason beyond the organizers’ control, no refund will be given to participants.
                      If the event is rescheduled for a future date, the organizers will decide whether to retain the full registration fee for those already registered or apply a refund based on expenses already incurred.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                      11. Safety and control<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      Organization staff will be present along the route in constant contact with the base.<\/p>\n

                      Ambulances with paramedics will be stationed at various points along the route, as well as at the start and finish.<\/p>\n

                      Checkpoints will be set up along the route, where organization staff will monitor the passage of athletes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                      12. Environment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      Competitors must behave in an environmentally friendly manner. Littering is prohibited.<\/p>\n

                      Trash bins will be located along the route, near each refreshment point, where competitors are required to dispose of used cups and any other waste.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                      The organization reserves the right to suspend or cancel the race if weather conditions put the safety of participants, volunteers, or rescuers at risk.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          Maximum time: 8 hours <\/strong><\/p>

                          Time gate: 6h40\u2019 at km 40<\/strong><\/p>

                          Services along the route will be available until 4:30 pm on race day. A broom service will travel along the route following the last competitor, in order to help those who have retired and prevent any injured people from being left without assistance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          16. Withdrawals<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                          Injured athletes, those deemed unfit by medical staff to continue the race, and other athletes who wish to withdraw voluntarily must do so at the nearest refreshment point. From there, they will be accompanied to the finish line by shuttle service.<\/p>\n

                          For logistical reasons, retired competitors may have to wait some time before being returned to the finish line.<\/p>\n

                          Any competitor who withdraws from the race outside the designated points must make their own way back to the finish line, immediately reporting their withdrawal.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          17. Refreshments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          Refreshment points are located approximately every 5 km.<\/p>\n

                          Only runners with a clearly visible race bib will have access to the refreshment point.
                          Food and drinks from the refreshment points must be consumed on site; waste must be disposed of in the designated containers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and women in the overall rankings and to the top three in each category.<\/p>\n

                          Medals will be awarded to all finishers.<\/p>\n

                          There are no cash prizes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the circuit’s organizing secretariat within 30 minutes of the ranking being posted in the finish area, paying a deposit of \u20ac50.00 which will be returned only if the complaint is accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          By registering, competitors authorize the organization to use, free of charge, without territorial or time limits, still and moving images depicting them during their participation in the 50 km del Marecchia.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                          Voluntary registration and subsequent participation in the race indicates full acceptance of these regulations and any amendments made.<\/p>\n
